Our approach to conducting responsible business is very simple. We keep it to the basics of security services, and believe in providing benefits to the whole of economy rather than an individual or a group of people. Our services responsibilities include provision of security to our customers; ranging from a local shop owner to an MNC. Promising secure premises to our customers, and in turn, our customer’s customers as well. It is a chain reaction, which eventually leads to securing not only our customers but the economy as a whole.
Securitas' Integrity Line
Protecting our core values begins with you! Based on our three fundamental Values and Securitas’ Core Values & Ethics, we are pleased to share Securitas Integrity Line with all. Securitas is proud of its employees wants them to know that their voices are important in the company. We rely on our employees to help us by speaking up whenever any situation threatens our core values and ethics and our reputation.
Securitas Integrity Line is the organization’s internal reporting system that protects Securitas’ core values & ethics. The underlying principal of Securitas Integrity Line is that by reporting non-compliance of the code, you provide us with the information necessary to remedy the situation.
Securitas Integrity Line is available in all countries where Securitas operates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is not meant to replace the responsibility of the management; it is a complement to the internal grievance management system. Securitas Integrity Line encourages employees to report their concerns to their Supervisor, Manager or HR/ Legal representative. It is an additional channel of communication available to report violation of the code and values.
All Securitas employees and business partners are encouraged and expected to report any incidents of non-compliance with the Securitas' Values and Ethics, with the assurance that there will be no reprisals or other negative consequences for persons reporting in good faith.
